I started working menial jobs after finishing high school back in 2011. I want to get into college, but I'm not as mentally sharp as I used to be, and that's not saying much. My physical health and diet are absolute garbage. I've also been on and off meds for years. I'm trying to change my sleeping habits. I've started going to the gym twice a week after years of sedentarism. Do you have any tips I can follow to get muself out of this rut? I smoke like a train. I've already wasted a lot of time.
