My current stack is pic related, 5000iu Vit D, and 5000mcg B12. Initially got algae oil and B12 because I was having a vegetarian phase, but my brain functions better when I'm eating meat. I'd strongly recommend any of the above to people with ADHD, depression, students, or people who are cutting back drinking. Also, all protect from Covid
