How can I simulate an environment that will stimulate my IQ in my lower-middle-class household? I already spend most of the day reading and studying my interests (maths and illustration)
So is it more to do with the physical and psychological benefits that living an upper-class lifestyle grants?

pretty much. upper class people can afford to have their kids privately tutored from an early and they generally get better nutrition and healthcare and a lower stress environment and access to tools and resources for immersive learning that low class people don't have (e.g read about Orson Welles childhood for an extreme example).
