I really like the work but not sure if I like the science. Is that a thing?
Messing around in the bash shell on the cluster computer and doing the actual tasks that I get given is satisfying, but I'm afraid I lack the drive and interest in the field itself which probably gets enhanced by the fact that I never planned to get into chemical physics and am afraid I just accepted cause it was the most convenient thing to do.
