It's very hard to get in to keto, very hard to get to correct dosis of food because everybody is different, and keto also has a big jojo effect on people, and the liver&kidney damage thing is danger too with keto.
Low carb diets are much safer and get good results, and i personlay find much more enjoyable because you can still eat meat&fish&eggs&dairy.
