Please explain what I am missing. Pfeizer's own data shows that the vaccine does not reduce mortality, it only exchanges one type of death for another.

Well in the UK, heart attacks and strokes account for a large percentage of present excess mortality. How are they sure?

It's high enough to cancel the benefit from reduced covid deaths. Either both are significant, or neither are. You can't say that avoiding 7 covid deaths is a big deal but causing 7 other deaths is insignificant and actually be serious.
