How do I get rid of this? I hate certain numbers and certain phrases, things like that. And if something happens to me that involves the number or phrase, it becomes a problem.

I recently bought a fairly expensive item. Something happened with this purchase that had to do with my most hated number. Now I don't want to use the item and I'm tempted to return it and buy it again when the time is right. It's driving me insane and ruining my week, I can't do anything because it's making me depressed.

How the fuck do I fix this superstitious bullshit. I know it's bullshit, but my brain doesn't.
