Come one anon that's not true, maybe you can't understand it deeply but surely you can understand it superficially.
What made it click for me was ironically Jordan Peterson's lecture on the Big 5, he has an ok grasp on the concepts (having done research on them) and explains them well enough.

also why is your iq registered?

I can understand it very superficially. I know what I’m looking at and what the results actually mean but everything involving the jargon is literally in one ear out of the other because there’s no opportunity for my imagination to conceptualise anything. I need to visualise meaning and stats just doesn’t let me. It’s just a set of arbitrary rules with no explanation as to why. It doesn’t excite me. I’ve always been pretty terrible at Math in general but there’s still things that incense me to learn there.

Econ and Stats grad here. You can't understand those stats (eg what the meaning of a t distribution is) unless you learn a bit of the math behind it (in this case how a t distribution is derived)....i don't think anyone who studied psychology understands it.
