How come Countries like Mexico, Argentina, Brazil and Chile are poor?
Everything over there looks shittier than in Europe/America. Even their "nice neighborhoods" look like regular suburbs in Europe/America, since they've opted both, depending in the city.

What are you talking about? That actually looks fantastic. Look on Zillow.com in the US and limit home price to $100k and see how much worse everything is in comparison, especially if you are looking at suburban areas. I would love to own one of those houses in the OP.

Unfortunately IQ is 86% hereditary (Panizzon 2014) and predicts future income/education/length of life/ low criminality better than any metric devised (Steinberg 'Predictive Value of IQ'), 3 times better than socio economic status (Hernstein/Murray which you may find to be questionable sources forget which paper/book probably bell curve desu).

have you actually seen "good" places in Mexico (to take an example)? theres neighborhoods in mexico city where all houses cost millions of dollars...where mostly white people live and they are quite luxurious, same with brazil etc

I’ve lived in Mexico for 8 years, currently in Argentina since 4 years ago.
The reason things look shittier in Latin America is because there is no money and no willingness to make things nice.
Do you even know how much money it takes to make things look nice? The upkeep alone is staggering.
People legit don’t give a fuck, they get the cheapest building materials they can get and don’t even bother with upkeep, hence why even the nicest neighborhoods look rundown in comparison to Europe and America.

Mexican here. Mexico has been since 100 years a vassal state for the US by a freemason pact.

High tech economies are the most profitable by far. You need a high IQ ethnicity to have a big high tech economy. That's why China's economy is so big compared to other third world shitholes that had the same post WW2 starting point.

desu this is only in the east coast/midwest. West coast mcmansions look completely different, although not necessarily any better or any worse. Just more Ikea-core/modern. East-coast/mid-west mcmansions go for more of a traditional suburban, single-family home type feel, whereas west coast mcmansions have more of a cheap modernist design. I think the east coast McMansions tend to look better from an architectural perspective, but the west coast mcmansions look better from a landscaping perspective, because for some reason on the east coast/midwest United States, real estate developers always feel the need to completely clear out all the land, cut down all the trees, and just throw down grass seed whenever they make a new development, whereas, this is almost never done on the west coast.
