the vaccine doesn't "work" because there's literally no plan to use the previous fact to end Covid, and there never was, just political cope
it could have been a decent tool to protect risk populations but instead we got:
1) Vaccinate everybody
2) Vaccinate everybody again
3? ?????
4) Covid disappears somehow because i said so
