What causes abnormally low testosterone in young men?

Like, for example if they had 212 total test at age 22?

Slightly above 200 when I was a teenager. Around 390 last time it was checked (20 or 21 at the time). I'm older now, so no idea what it's like currently.

The birth control is likely the main problem. I've got access to basically all the Lifelabs data in Ontario. Very few of the males under 30 actually have markers for primary hypogonadiam. Its almost like some estrogenic compound seems to be suppressing LH and FSH (though very few endos even order FSH).

Not doing the needful for your body to need testosterone. If you're not training muscle in an anabolic feed state then why would your body produce test? Exercise, train, and eat.

Most cities don't actually recycle their water. I would say low test in men is almost entirely due to high inflammation diets and low exercise.
