So the constant expansion of voids like the boötes void is just the result of high density black holes in a parallel quadrant of the universe condensing, and spitting out spacetime through something similar to a wormhole.

Like you can't go through a black hole and have it spit you out on the other side, but spacetime itself can. That's why galactic voids continue to grow at an alarming rate, even outside of the potential existence of dark energy.

If possible I'd like secondary opinions, but I've thought this one through a bit.
