1) Mongoloids are smarter than Generaloids, and Generaloids are smarter than Negroids. This is because Mongoloids have historically had much larger populations, and more interpersonal competition, even back in the pleistocene.
2) Agricultural peoples are smarter than hunter peoples, for a similar reason as above. More people = interpersonal competition = the smartest survive
3) Cold climates also play a part but much lower than the other two factors. For instance, Europeans (cold generaloids) have an IQ that is only marginally above Indians (tropical generaloids). Tropical Mongoloids outscore both.
