No, but too much (abnormal amounts) T can cause hypertrophy (enlargement of the prostate gland) and hyperplasia (masses/tumors). Can also cause high cholesterol, and thus cardiac problems, dementia, Alzheimer's, ischemic stroke.

It is the other way around. Large amounts of testosterone can cause hyperplasia which starts an abnormal multiplication of cells that should have gone through apoptosis by certain proteins/enzymes and cells otherwise.
