Psychopaths. Psyche adepts. Manipulate the mind. If sufficient resources are put into it, it extends into the study of the mind and the societal nuances it creates, thus again, creating a hybrid. A psycho-sociopath/socio-psychopath is rare, and to have it perfectly balanced is rarer still. A maniac is one with a fixation. A psychopath or a sociopath who fixate on a certain person, place or thing, can be classified as a maniac, but it is not exclusive to them.
