What causes you to push hard like incredible hulk squeeze and huge horrible smelling shit that burns and itches as they come out? Is there a name for this? Gas and bloating comes with it too. The stool moves so slowly and reluctantly. I have to have like 10-30 crazy contractions to get it out.
