If BB hypothesis is correct, and a consciousness can run on a different substrate out there in the vacuum, shouldn't something like a super-consciousness be also possible.

Wouldn't these things have begun doing crazy shit like creating or destroying structures? Is it possible there are what we would refer to as super AI just forming out of constituent matter right now?
