Is there any counter argument for the idea that an outside of observer looking at the universe, everything is deterministic in the sense that they are the arrow of time from start to finish? In so much that free will and quantum randomness could absolutely exist but those random occurrences or conscious decisions were the only ones that would have ever been made anyways.
