Honestly op, wikipedia should be enough. To define a (sub)manifold and then even orientability is mlre than enough to fill an hour in highschool. Think about it, even things like determinants, basischanges, diffeomorphisms, partial differentiation, vectorfields etc are all unknown in highschool. To properly talk abt the mobius strip you need these things so just use wikipedia and learn the basic definitions of all the needed tools and concepts. Alternatively you can use a book on classical differential geometry (not riemannian) these are most of the time very visual
