The gentleman in the picture was a great contributor to the subjects of Chemistry, Physics and Electromagnetism during the 19th century, and he believed in God.

He is not the only exponent, but he was the one that came to my mind first.

I personally believe that it doesn't matter what your beliefs or ideologies are; what matters is what you are willing to contribute to humanity.
