Anyone understands something about organic chemistry here? How feasible would it be to create an automatic synthesis lab that can synthesise any organic compound from a predefined library without human intervention?

Start by actually studying not only orgchem, but mechanical AND chemical engineering, and then EE+control theory.

some reactions, yes. others, no.
most likely, any auto-synth would be basic bitch stuff like aminizations, esterifications, simple cross-couplings while a real chemist does unusual reactions and troubleshooting

not to mention any control/flow system would likely cost an arm and a leg and need frequent expensive maintenance
