My thought are. For me learning was hard because it take effort. and the right attitude. Laziness is an evolutionary skill in man it helped them save energy. By forcing man not to do stuff that won't led to sex or food.
My advice is try playing minesweeper. And enjoy making an effort to be good at it. This what I told my self. We have food in the house I don't need to save calories.
