Got it in march and had occasional sharp pains in my calves for months. All my blood work came back normal though so I dunno.

It just got less over time. If it's bad enough you're looking for some remedy your thing might be worse than mine. It was like a couple times a week for less than a minute.

Mine is more like my calves constantly tingle and twitch occasionally. Its gotten better with time.

This specific thing went away as far as I can tell. I already had some weird aches and pains from time to time for unrelated reasons.

I get some joint point but less and less regularly.

Do you still have joint point? Apologies, you are the first person ive talked to after a month of dealing with this that has had similar symptoms.
