But the issue is, the only places that these studies are going to be done (if at all, lol it's off patent now) is in hospitals, which are notorious disease breeding grounds. Which is a bad thing if you're taking an immuno-suppressant.
By the time the disease has progressed to the point of hospitalization the downsides outweigh the positives.
So to answer your question, it might help, but it will lower your immune system to fighting off other infections.
Your best bet to staying healthy is wearing a mask in public places, washing your hands, exercising, and eating well. (I'm willing to bet you won't get vaccinated, and I'm not here to fight with you about that.)
