Where the H1N1 vaccine triggered narcolepsy in loads of northern European children months and in some cases years after being administered. It turned out it had something to do with a gene common among that populace. Just look up Pandemrix the vaccine against the swine flu. It creates antibodies that stay for life. (a good thing). But there sometimes was a bug in your blood brain barrier that makes it temporarily possible for the antibodies pass through and get in the brain. This is the kind of thing that large scale testing over a reasonably long time frame can detect. It is the kind of thing missed by short term panicked mass deployment of experimental technologies.
