In Japan people were happy to comply with requests such as wear a mask and get the vaccine, and now life is back to normal except that more people than usual are wearing masks.

People who got the vaccine died more than those who got the placebo, for some mysterious coincidence.
If the vaccine were safe the control group who got the placebo should have registered the same number of deaths (or more deaths, since they might have died of covid).
