I keep asking myself what the future will look like and what I can do to be useful in a practical and utilitarian way (note that I don’t expect to change the world whatsoever, I just want to do my part as a human being by studying a discipline like architecture)
Climate change is one of my greatest fears, although I do realize the data isn’t 100% correct.
It doesn’t snow anymore where I live and every time I go out the air feels heavy and more polluted than it used to. Summers got hotter and a bit longer too. Old people have been telling me that the climate has changed a lot since their younger days. (Note that, as I’m pretty young, my opinion on climate is probably biased as nowadays we’re being blasted with news and data about the climate crisis all the time)
Do you think life in the future will be much different from now? If not, why? In your opinion, is climate change as serious as most of the media depict it? If not, do you have any data to prove the contrary?
Please refer to scientific and reliable data if you can.
