Men will be small, like 3'-4' tall, but proportional, athletic, agile, dexterous, with very fast reaction speeds, while having a basal metabolic rate of only a few hundred calories a day. Small males like this can quickly build and control a greater number of machines to increase their economic power and destroy foreign threats, their small size and superior athleticism gives them advantage in firefights and modern military infantry combat, and the society can support FAR more of them per an equal amount of food and land.
All the women and men will be very intelligent.
A society of people designed in this way will expand exponentially faster, while using fewer resources to support a larger population, and will have vastly superior economic output and military power.
We will begin modifying germlines to create the giant woman small man master race in a bout ~2 years. Maybe sooner.
