However there are problems with other procedures. For instance it's nearly impossible to find full matches for organ transplants in black people. Also they're more likely to have blood clotting problems in certain procedures. And so forth.

for blood no, only blood factors matter. for other things, the farther you from your immediate family the more likely your body is going to reject it, i.e. immune reaction.
