I know that these solutions require a LOT more than just snapping fingers and calling it done, but would this fix all the climate issues?
>Dramatically reduce pesticide usage and farm bugs on an industrial scale to replace the populations which have been diminished over the past thirty years
>Engineer an aqueous species of bacteria that converts plastic to a soluble organic molecule and dump millions of tons of it into the oceans
>Develop carbon and methane scrubbers that run on renewable energy, and set up enough to sequester more carbon than we put out in a year
Obviously even a decade would be a very optimistic time scale for this, and more could be done to make all these steps easier, but does this cover the big problems?
