There would be a slow trickle of partial data over the course of those 55 years but how many years until enough of the data is released for it to be useful to the public? Probably not the full 55 but not 5 or 10 either. If it's a question of manpower, hire and train some extra workers. The government is spending trillion of dollars on the pandemic, they can hire a few extra workers to handle this process as an important part of the pandemic response.
