We do not have the ability to edit this many genes yet, but we if could, we already know which genes to edit to express extreme female biased sexual size dimorphism, and we would edit germlines so that all future humans would be born this way without needing to intervene after the first generation. We don't need to mess with HOX or STAT genes because we already know that these SNPs are expressed in people without health problems or anything.
