PHD programs are for retards and autists that couldn't hack it in the real world.

By the time a PHD fag finishes their education, you should have moved up in the world enough to make double their expected salary.

I have plenty of PHD cucks slaving under me meanwhile I have just a bachelors. You couldn't pay me to return to academia now.

You should probably have higher salary in industry than just bachelors but it’s definitely not the most efficient way to make money. It should open you doors to more research focused careers though so it depends on what you’d like to do. Or if you just want some time to learn more about cs/ee it might be a way to go.
desu I’m only planning on getting a PhD because learning and research is more fun than sitting on my ass in some corporation the whole day. kinda sad that a random high school dropout software engineer makes way more than I but as long as I can afford my basic needs I don’t really mind

You do a PhD if you really want to spend more years to learn and explore a field. not for money. If you want money you could put 10k in crypto and wait 4 years for the completion of your PhD
