Does anyone know of a way to create H-. Ive been looking around the internet for hours and well I havent found anything specific that can help me out. Can you guys help me out.

I believe it can only be produced in particle accelerators. However if you're insistent on trying two ideas come to my mind:

>create an electrochemical battery with a very active neutral metal as the anode and neutral hydrogen as the cathode

Sorry, I'm retarded; might work better if you put a compound with negatively charged hydrogen ions into electrolysis (such as lithium hydride)

you simply can't do it. your extra electron will simply be repelled.

The only way you could do so would be by having somehow a shitload of electrons to add to a shithole of hydrogen with extremely low conditions of pressure and low temp and pretend that whatever mess you'll have in there is a "hydrogen anion". But it'd really just be plasma at that point.

I want the H anions to create imidogen. Ive been interested in imidogen because its basically nitrogen bonded with hydrogen N-H. I want to know why it can even exist, is it reactive to oxygen, if i shine a flashlight onto it, does it disintegrate. I have alot of questions and I only know 1 way of answering them.

It's reactive to itself, turning into diimine and then into hydrazine + N2. Almost anything can exist as a dilute enough gas, because then it's hard for any given molecule to find another one to react with.

If you want to briefly create small amounts of it, just create electrical arcs in ammonia. And check Wikipedia, it can be useful for simple questions like this.
