114,927 patients are on the transplant waiting list, many have been waiting for years, many die each year waiting for an organ. Each organ donor can save up to eight lives, and help quite a few more with tissue donations.
About 48k suicides each year in the US, enough to satisfy almost the entire list baring a few young children.
We don't have an organ shortage, we don't have a suicide problem, we have a legislation problem. The right thinks forcing people to live is some kind of moral win. The left thinks keeping gun deaths high is some kind of political win. Nobody is willing to even consider fixing the problem.

Try monoxide, charcoal stove or grill inside a car or tent. I don't recommend pills but if you do make a smoothie out of them. In most states there are ways to get papers refusing all medical treatment including EMT resuscitation. You gotta tape the paper to the door.
