Same way something that spins keep spinning in a vacuum. They don't need an influx of energy, it's just enclosed momentum.

Repeat Google's results then we will see if they actually exist. Evading 2nd law of thermo is no easy feat. As far as I can tell time crystal of the form they are proposing would violate fluctuation theorem as well. For if you induced some body into becoming a time crystal I would think there would be a nonequilibrium partition, if it's coming into equilibrium I don't know how that would work. For your question specifically tho they wouldn't move in the traditional sense, they are simply locked in some fixed motion they have no kinetic energy.
