Female education is arguably the #1 factor in how many children women have and if they're not having kids then there won't be people to come here. ((Rich people)) who are concerned about population are already on the case though, Billgates has probably prevented more black kids from being born just by education donations than every abortion clinic in the US.
However to some degree we actually do need them since our economies are largely based on constant growth, but the solution to make rich/smart people live much longer/have more kids, rather than constantly importing humans.
