If you have a study or some data that suggest the spike protein is worse, or even just potentially harmful, from the vaccine though, I'd be very interested. Also would be interested in any proof that biodistributes beyond the injection site. I've seen that japanese paper but that's it.

Right but you don't get injected with the virus. Do you mean it attacks the spike proteins the vaccine cause your cells to produce?

yes you don't get injected with the virus, for the virus to put it's mrna into any of you cells it has to get through your lungs. AS soon as the virus is in you it is being fought off by your immune system, it is very difficult for it to gain access to the heart, liver, brain, sex organs etc because it is being fought the whole way. If you are healthy with good vitamin d, zinc etc you won't even feel it.

Meanwhile the vaccine is meant to be injected intra muscularly into the deltoid to create antibodies and then exit via the lymph nodes. No one knows how much leaks into the blood but if it does the lnp will deliver the spike mrna everywhere unencumbered by your immune system. I've had the same thought actually, but then I revert back to just trying to avoid it, to wait and see how it progresses. Plus I think there's some safer vaccines on the way. I may get my T cells checked at some point (antibodies were negative), and if they come back positive, maybe lighten up on what I've been doing. I have plenty of supplements and medications if/when I do get sick.

The lipid nano particles are very slippery, this is true. But you can’t claim that the vaccine is worse than the virus when a) a vaccine is non-replicating and b) the mRNA is very fragile outside of cold temperatures and would likely break down before it reaches any major organs if it travels beyond the deltoid.
