Not cosmological but in expertiments there is blueshift, and also in astrinomical observations at shorter distances, nothing "cosmic", like some milky way stars are traveling towards the earth so you see their spectrums being blushifted.

there are no red or blue shifts with photons photons are either fusing or dividing.

No, its Doppler. Used to measure a lot of things e.g. speed of interplanetray probes.

Same claim observed redshift called Hubble constant has different cause namely space expansion (like some mysterious cookies grow) .

No it's not scientific. But with that said, every scientist should be able to read a paper in their field, and intuitively have some idea of whether it's revolutionary, too good to be true, is likely to be false, etc. Cosmology is sets off my bullshit detector
