I've been taking IQ tests and have scored a 110 IQ, I'm trying to raise my IQ to140 or even higher so I can study more easily. What is the best way to increase IQ?

Very easy to raise it I went from sub 130 to consistently over 140... don't fall for the "you shouldn't practice" meme. Honestly all the prodigy kids get prep by their parents and all the "high IQ society" people will try to join more than one meaning they HAD to have taken more than 1 test. What you shouldn't do, however, is take the same test multiple times because that renders it meaningless.

bump, because I'm in your situation, I'm a CS student who has an IQ of 107-118 (tried various tests, like norway mensa and denmark mensa) yea, I want an IQ of over 140 as well. However, I believe that if you jus educate your mind better by reading books, constantly learning, and having a healthy lifestyle. You're cognitive abilities will improve. Now, those tests you can study for and if you want to increase your IQ that way, you can.

yes you can do that with raven matrices test. just do a shit ton of raven matrices as only so many patterns are used and learn to recognize the patterns. i got into mensa by doing this. there is material online of just raven matrices
