The lack of resistance means that despite the vagina looking the same, it won't feel as tight.
It's very much like how people can stick absurdly big dildos up their arse and not lose all control on keeping their anus closed, the anus goes back to normal when you stop putting shit up there, but it won't have issues doing the same thing again the next day because it's got used to it (the muscles have been stretched).
It's not the end all for vaginas though, you can stick the same big dildos up there yet still maintain tightness if you do kegels enough. It's just that women are lazy and refuse to do it when the easier alternative of calling the men virgins/incels for addressing the issue.
