I'm applying for masters in CS for fall 22 in US

I have 3.8/4 GPA
Some universities in which I am interested have GPA of recent admits around 3.9+, even 4. I have few months of research experience from a US university and 2 solid AI related projects. Is it worth a shot, if I apply to those? Also, I fucked up my GRE so, do guys have any advice for some decent US universities that don't ask for GRE?
