That's what textbooks are for, which are written strictly for didactic purposes.
The purpose of wikipedia or any other encyclopedia is summary and reference, which is kinda the opposite of that.
I'm not saying it's not helpful in studies, summaries are obviously invaluable for this purpose, but they are only a part of the learning process.
