Should university be free for students?
If having more scientists is good for the country, shouldn't education be payed by everyone taxes?

Many european countries have free education: Germany, Denmark, Norway, Austria. Other countries have high quality of education virtually free: in France you can pay less than 200 per year during a Bachelor's degree.

It isn't just the EU. University free is common in south america too: argentina, uruguay, chile. Other countries like Colombia allow you to pay according to your income.
