I doubt that there are any doctors in Gary indiana and if there are they are fucking retarded
tons of ghettoes in california probably have average iqs so low that it is unrealistic for someone with an iq more than 115 to reside there

Everyone in every city is low IQ. Cities have badly polluted air, filled with excessive amounts of pollutants which are already scientifically proven to reduce IQ. i guess that means that being a scientist doesn't require more than a 55 iq, since people from that region with iqs higher than 55 are so rare.

People higher up in criminal organizations tend to be the smarter guys from their group. I'd wager that Gary, Indiana not only has a bunch of criminal organizations but also that at least some of the leadership in those organizations are more than one SD above the mean intelligence.

The more politicians I meet at every level, the more I've come to understand just how stupid the majority of them are. But there's usually someone of high intelligence in their circle (typically in the campaign org) who is pulling the strings, often without the politician realizing they're being used as a puppet. At the city council level, the stakes are usually too little for there to be a dedicated puppet master. They simply take the councilmember to lunch when they need to direct them.
Not all of them are like this. Some are savvy enough to be their own puppet master. They know what song and dance to do for the plebes while they're busy setting their own agenda. But they're in the minority.
