Humans don't inherently have worse teeth hygience without brushing. They have a different diet (no refined sugar) and only live as long as a human teenager. Their cares bacteria meanwhile probably aren't thrice as damaging. So you would expect their teeth are the state of about a 20 y/o Inuit who never brushes or something.
During my depression/hikki years, I brushed like once a month. I never had issues with my teeth (30s). This is mainly because back then (and stil l do) I religiously drank water, sugarfree soda, and chew sugarfree gum. Basically, fuck sugar and carbs that rapidly dissolve into sugar in your mouth.
