No you dumbass. In the absence of scarring axons can repair themselves, but that doesn't mean they automatically will.

Just so you know, even if you could heal the spinal chord it would still take years to recover. All those nerve fibers are not going to reconnect to the right places, so you will basically have to relearn to use your entire lower body.
