In principle, it is possible to become resistant to bleach. However, if no bleach-resistant bacteria exist in a population before it is exposed to bleach, then it will not be possible have an adapted population resistant to bleach. Also, some things are so harmful that you could never really become resistant: gamma rays, for example. Bleach is pretty much like gamma rays.
