Can I use Accutane + hydrocortisone at the same time without adverse effects? Accutane drys out the skin which would trigger my eczema, so I would use hydrocortisone to counter it. Thoughts?

Isotretoin (Accutane) is metabolized by various CYP such as 2C8, 2C9, 3A4 and 2B6.
On the other hand, glucocorticoids can induce some of those enzymes, therefore increasing the metabolisation of Accutane and reducing its efficacy.
