'pretty much everyone already vaxxed' is because oftentimes they only mention those who have gotten the first jab not the people who have also gotten the second so that number is inflated.
i know its annoying that this is still going, but this didn't become a pandemic out of nowhere and it's not gonna be a magical cure with no effort required to fix it.
